Ende 2023 betrug der Bestand an Motorr\u00e4dern 523\u2018578 St\u00fcck, also mehr als eine halbe Million. Hinzu kamen 281\u2018460 Roller f\u00fcr Stadt und Agglomeration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Der Beliebtheit des motorisierten Zweirads in der Schweiz<\/strong> sind nach oben keine Grenzen gesetzt. In den vergangenen 30 Jahren hat sich der Motorradbestand fast verdoppelt, w\u00e4hrend sich die Roller nach einer rasanten Zunahme zwischen 1990 und 2010 konstant auf einem hohen Niveau knapp unterhalb der 300\u2018000-Marke bewegen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die grossen Motorr\u00e4der dominieren <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die hohe Kaufkraft der Schweizer Bev\u00f6lkerung hat dazu gef\u00fchrt, dass der Bestand in allen drei grossen Klassen \u2013 750 cm3, 750 bis 1000 cm3 und mehr als 1000 cm3 \u2013 deutlich mehr als 100\u2018000 Einheiten betr\u00e4gt. Die Topklasse mit mehr als 1000 cm3 Hubraum war Ende 2023 Spitzenreiterin mit 151\u2018522 Einheiten, gefolgt von den 750-ern mit 123\u2018083 und den 1000-ern mit 117\u2018005 St\u00fcck.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Am Aufholen ist die 125er-Klasse,<\/strong> die der Jugend seit 2021 ab 16 Jahren offensteht und deren Bestand bereits auf 57\u2018378 Einheiten angestiegen ist. 125 cm3 -Roller beherrschen den Markt Roller bieten sich in urbanen Regionen mit chronischer Verkehrs\u00fcberlastung dank g\u00fcnstigen Preisen, geringen Unterhaltskosten, einfacher Handhabung und wenig Platzbedarf als agile Nutzfahrzeuge an.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dass die 125-er Roller mit 201\u2018079 Einheiten<\/strong> fast drei Viertel des Gesamtrollermarkts (281\u2018460) besetzten, ist kein Zufall. Das Preis\/Leistungsverh\u00e4ltnis ist bei ihnen optimal, und Inhaber des Autof\u00fchrerscheins m\u00fcssen nur einen 12 h-Praxisgrundkurs absolvieren, um in den Besitz des 125er F\u00fchrerscheins zu gelangen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>E-Zweir\u00e4der: Noch kein Durchbruch <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elektrisch betriebene Motorr\u00e4der haben sich bisher nicht durchgesetzt, abgesehen von Kleinst-Transportfahrzeugen bei Post, Kurier- und Lieferdiensten. Bei den zur Hauptsache in der Freizeit und auf Mittel- und Langstrecken eingesetzten Motorr\u00e4dern machten die 13&#8217;648 immatrikulierten E-T\u00f6ff Ende 2023 nur 2,60 % des Gesamtbestandes aus.
