Im Patentstreit mit Piaggio hat Peugeot Motocycles heute, 7.6.24,<\/strong> klargestellt, dass das Verkaufsverbot f\u00fcr den Dreiradroller Metropolis lediglich f\u00fcr Italien und Frankreich gilt. Deutschland und andere M\u00e4rkte sind nicht betroffen, da hier keine Klagen eingereicht worden sind.<\/p>\n

Der Streit der beiden Rollerhersteller dreht sich um die Neigetechnik des Piaggio MP3,<\/strong> die Peugeot weitestgehend kopiert haben soll. Daf\u00fcr wurde das zum indischen Mahindra-Konzern geh\u00f6rende Unternehmen in dieser Woche von einem Mail\u00e4nder Gericht verurteilt und darf die dreir\u00e4drige Metropolis dort nicht mehr verkaufen. Ebenso nicht in Frankreich, wo Piaggio ebenfalls vor Gericht Recht bekam.<\/p>\n

Zudem muss Peugeot Motocycles eine Strafe von \u00fcber eine Million Euro zahlen,<\/strong> weist aber darauf hin, dass das Patent der Italiener auf die Neigetechnik der Vordergabel zu Beginn des n\u00e4chsten Jahres freigegeben werde.
