Die beiden Kits umfassen: Zylinderkit, Kurbelwelle und Kurbelwellen-Einstellkit f\u00fcr Enduro- und Motard-Motorr\u00e4der:<\/p>\n

Polini hat sich daf\u00fcr entschieden, sowohl die \u00d8 40-Version f\u00fcr einen Hubraum von 50 ccm als auch eine leistungsst\u00e4rkere Version mit einem \u00d8 50-Zylinderkit f\u00fcr einen Hubraum von 80 ccm auf den Markt zu bringen.<\/p>\n

Technische Merkmale:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Die Zylinderkits aus Lamellengraphitguss sind so konzipiert, dass sie perfekt mit dem Polini-Kopf verbunden sind, der sich durch die spezifische Quetschung auszeichnet, um ein perfektes und \u00fcberlegenes Verdichtungsverh\u00e4ltnis zu erzielen. Der Kolben, der im Schwerkraftgussverfahren hergestellt wird, ist mit zwei Gusseisenringen ausgestattet.<\/p>\n

– Das Zylinderkit f\u00fcr den Derbi-Motor \u00d850 besteht aus Aluminium.<\/p>\n

– Kurbelwelle mit Pleuelstange, die aus einem Block gefertigt wird.<\/p>\n

– Der Kurbelwellen-Modifikationssatz ist mit Lagern und \u00d6ldichtungen ausgestattet. Die Lager f\u00fcr die Kurbelwelle bestehen aus vernietetem C4-Stahl. Die \u00d6ldichtungen bestehen aus FKM (Fluorkohlenstoffkautschuk), um h\u00f6chsten thermischen Belastungen standzuhalten. Die Dichtlippe ist mit PTFE (Polytetrafluorethylen) beschichtet. Diese Eigenschaft sorgt nicht nur f\u00fcr eine l\u00e4ngere Lebensdauer im Vergleich zu Standarddichtungen, sondern auch f\u00fcr einen deutlich niedrigeren Reibungskoeffizienten, wodurch eine geringere Streuung gew\u00e4hrleistet wird und gleichzeitig niedrigere Temperaturen aufrechterhalten werden.<\/p>\n
