Das Upgrade des Steuerger\u00e4ts von Polini erm\u00f6glicht die Auswahl zwischen 3 verschiedenen Kennfeldern, sodass der Endverbraucher sein Fahrzeug noch individueller gestalten kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das elektronische Steuerger\u00e4t von Polini steuert den Motor und umfasst die zugeh\u00f6rigen Sensoren, Aktoren, die Kraftstoffeinspritzung, die Z\u00fcndung und die Hilfskomponenten des Motors. Das ECM von Polini erm\u00f6glicht es, die Leistung des Fahrzeugs durch den Einsatz eines Mikroprozessors der neuesten Generation in Synergie mit einer speziell f\u00fcr diesen Motor entwickelten Hardware zu steigern. Es handelt sich um ein Plug-&amp;-Play-Steuerger\u00e4t. Die Montage ist sehr einfach und schnell: Sie m\u00fcssen lediglich das Originalger\u00e4t abnehmen und das Polini-ECM anschliessen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Map-Wahlschalter ist einfach zu bedienen und bereits mit 3 vorkonfigurierten Maps ausgestattet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Map 1<\/strong> (Original-Map) \u2013 Entwickelt, um das Fahrzeug in die Originalkonfiguration mit Serienmotor ohne Drehzahlerh\u00f6hung zur\u00fcckzusetzen. Diese Funktion ist nicht mit einem gr\u00f6sseren Zylinder und Ventilfedern anwendbar. Nicht obligatorische Optionen: Polini HI-Speed-Variator mit 5,8-g-Rollen und Polini-Auspuff<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Map 2<\/strong> \u2013 Erh\u00f6hung der Motordrehzahl auf 10.000, wobei der Motor vollst\u00e4ndig original bleibt. Bei dieser Einstellung ist es nicht erforderlich, die mitgelieferten Ventilfedern zu installieren, auch wenn dies empfohlen wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nicht obligatorische Optionen: Polini Hi-Speed-Variator mit 5,3 g Rollen, Polini-Auspuff und vergr\u00f6sserter Polini-Luftfiltermanschette (bei Modellen, bei denen der Einbau vorgesehen ist).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Map 3<\/strong> \u2013 erm\u00f6glicht eine H\u00f6chstgeschwindigkeit von 70\/75 km\/h. Mit einem kleinen zus\u00e4tzlichen Schritt kann die maximale Leistung erreicht werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Grundlage f\u00fcr diesen Schritt ist immer das Zylinderkit mit 49 mm Durchmesser, das den Motor auf ca. 80 ccm (140.0236) bringt, mit den f\u00fcr ein optimales Ergebnis obligatorischen verl\u00e4ngerten \u00dcbersetzungen von Polini (202.1429).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auch bei dieser Abstimmung ist es ratsam, den Polini-Variator (241.737) und den Polini-Auspuff (190.0079) zu kombinieren.
