Die Gesch\u00e4ftsbereiche beider Firmen wurden in die Division Motochic der hostettler ag integriert, die innerhalb der Gruppe f\u00fcr das Produktmanagement von Motorradausr\u00fcstung, Zubeh\u00f6r und Reifen zust\u00e4ndig ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mit der Zusammenf\u00fchrung<\/strong> werden Prozesse vereinheitlicht und Synergien innerhalb der Gruppe gest\u00e4rkt. Ziel ist es, die Betreuung der Gesch\u00e4ftspartner zu vereinfachen und das Markenportfolio weiter auszubauen. Die Mehrheit der Mitarbeitenden von motoactive und Parts World ist seit Anfang Jahr am Hauptsitz der hostettler ag in Sursee t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beide Unternehmen waren bereits seit 2019 Teil der hostettler group.<\/strong> Durch die Integration in die Division Motochic werden nun Verwaltung und operative Abl\u00e4ufe zentralisiert. F\u00fcr Handelspartner ergeben sich damit einfachere Strukturen: So wird die Vororder k\u00fcnftig an einem einzigen gemeinsamen Termin abgewickelt, an dem hostettler das erweiterte Marken- und Produktangebot pr\u00e4sentiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Die bisherigen Ansprechpartner im Innen- und Aussendienst bleiben weitgehend dieselben.<\/strong> Mit der B\u00fcndelung ihrer Markenkompetenz und zentralisierten Prozessen will die hostettler group Effizienzgewinne erzielen und ihre Marktposition im Zweiradhandel weiter st\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00dcber die hostettler group<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die hostettler group mit Sitz in Sursee (LU) wurde 1906 als Familienunternehmen gegr\u00fcndet und z\u00e4hlt heute zu den f\u00fchrenden Handelsgruppen der Schweiz. Ihre zehn Handelsfirmen sind in den Bereichen Motorrad, Automobil, Fahrrad, Gartenger\u00e4te und Consumer Electronics t\u00e4tig und besch\u00e4ftigen \u00fcber 900 Mitarbeitende. Seit 1968 ist die hostettler ag Generalimporteurin von Yamaha Motorr\u00e4dern und Rollern f\u00fcr die Schweiz. Die hostettler moto ag betreibt ein Filialnetz von acht Motorradgesch\u00e4ften in der Deutsch- und Westschweiz. Die hostettler autotechnik ag ist seit 1972 auf den Vertrieb von Produkten, Dienstleistungen und L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr unabh\u00e4ngige Autowerkst\u00e4tten spezialisiert und ein wichtiger Akteur in diesem Sektor. Die Eigenmarke iXS ist seit 1979 ein Synonym f\u00fcr funktionelle Schutzbekleidung f\u00fcr Zweiradfahrer. BIXS steht seit 2002 f\u00fcr Schweizer Ingenieurskunst und Passion f\u00fcr den Radsport.
