Im vergangenen Jahr stieg der Anteil erstmals auf nahezu 10 Prozent. Nach Herstellern aus China, Korea und Taiwan l\u00e4sst nun Yamaha als erste der vier grossen japanischen Zweirad-Marken einen E-Scooter anrollen \u2013 den Neo&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<pre>Text: Hanspeter K\u00fcffer, Fotos: flohagena<\/pre>\n<p>So aktuell und neu, wie die Bezeichnung klingt, ist sie nicht. Einen Neo&#8217;s gab es bereits im Roller-Sortiment von Yamaha. Konzipiert als einfacher, preiswerter und zuverl\u00e4ssiger 50-cm<sup>3<\/sup>-Cityflitzer eroberte der Neo&#8217;s ab Ende der 1990er-Jahre zuerst als Zwei- und sp\u00e4ter als Viertakter den urbanen Verkehr. Geblieben sind dabei nicht nur der Name sondern auch die guten Tugenden. Und selbst im modernen Design mit den markanten Doppelscheinwerfern und den weichen Formen sind gewisse Grundz\u00fcge von einst wieder zu erkennen. Komplett neu ist dagegen der Antrieb. Die kompakte, luftgek\u00fchlte Elektromaschine ist direkt in die 13 Zoll grosse Hinterradfelge integriert. Aufgrund dieser Bauweise kann auf weitere Antriebselemente wie Riemen oder Zahnr\u00e4der verzichtet werden, was einen nahezu ger\u00e4uschlosen Betrieb bewirkt. <a href=\"http:\/\/scootertime.ch\/de\/fahrbericht-yamaha-neos-summen-statt-brummen\/2022_yam_neos_hanspeter_ku%e2%95%a0effer_008\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-7166\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7166 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/scootertime.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2022_YAM_NEOS_Hanspeter_Ku\u2560\u00eaffer_008.jpg\" alt=\"2022_YAM_NEOS\" width=\"267\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/scootertime.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2022_YAM_NEOS_Hanspeter_Ku\u2560\u00eaffer_008.jpg 267w, https:\/\/scootertime.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2022_YAM_NEOS_Hanspeter_Ku\u2560\u00eaffer_008-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 267px) 100vw, 267px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Aufgrund kurzer \u00dcberh\u00e4nge vorne und hinten ist der Neo&#8217;s sehr kompakt. Trotzdem offeriert der smarte Flitzer selbst Personen mit Gardemass ausreichend Platz und Kniefreiheit. Auch bez\u00fcglich Beschleunigung l\u00e4sst der Neo&#8217;s nichts anbrennen. Vergleichbare 50er-Verbrenner haben beim Start an der Ampel das Nachsehen. Gasdosierung und Bremsen funktionieren ebenfalls ohne Tadel. Gleiches gilt f\u00fcr das allgemeine Handling welches aufgrund der etwas gr\u00f6sser als \u00fcblichen 13-Zoll-R\u00e4dern zudem mehr Stabilit\u00e4t bietet.<\/p>\n<p>Ein weiteres tolles Feature ist der Transponderschl\u00fcssel, der zum Starten in der Jackentasche verbleiben darf. Praktisch ist auch der kompakte, lediglich acht Kilogramm schwere\u00a0 Akku, welcher mit einem Handgriff aus dem Helmfach unter dem Sitz ausgebaut und zum Aufladen mit ins B\u00fcro oder in die Wohnung mitgenommen werden kann. Wenn man dem Neo&#8217;s etwas ankreiden m\u00f6chte ist es die doch sehr bescheidene Reichweite von lediglich knapp 40 Kilometern. Die l\u00e4sst sich zwar mit einem zweiten, optional erh\u00e4ltlichen Akku verdoppeln. Doch der kostet knapp 1&#8217;200 Franken, also mehr ein Drittel des gesamten Fahrzeugpreises von 3&#8217;490 Franken.<\/p>\n<p>Zugelassen ist der elektrisch angetriebene Yamaha Neo&#8217;s als Kleinmotorrad der Kategorie \u00abA1\u00bb, wodurch er bereits ab 15 Jahren und mit dem Autoausweis gefahren werden darf.
