Dans le litige sur les brevets qui l’oppose \u00e0 Piaggio , Peugeot Motocycles a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 aujourd’hui , 7.6.24 , que l’interdiction de vente du scooter \u00e0 trois roues Metropolis ne s’applique qu’\u00e0 l’Italie et \u00e0 la France. L’Allemagne et les autres march\u00e9s ne sont pas concern\u00e9s, car aucune plainte n’y a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Le litige entre les deux fabricants de scooters<\/strong> porte sur la technique d’inclinaison du Piaggio MP3, que Peugeot aurait largement copi\u00e9e. Pour cela, l’entreprise appartenant au groupe indien Mahindra a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9e cette semaine par un tribunal milanais et ne peut plus y vendre le Metropolis \u00e0 trois roues. Il en va de m\u00eame en France, o\u00f9 Piaggio a \u00e9galement obtenu gain de cause devant le tribunal.<\/p>\n

Peugeot Motocycles doit en outre payer une amende de plus d’un million d’euros,<\/strong> mais indique que le brevet des Italiens sur la technique d’inclinaison de la fourche avant sera lib\u00e9r\u00e9 au d\u00e9but de l’ann\u00e9e prochaine.
