Apr\u00e8s 23 ans de direction engag\u00e9e et d’efforts inlassables pour OFRAG Vertriebsgesellschaft, Marco Borghesi a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de d\u00e9missionner de son poste de CEO et de prendre une pause bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9e. \u00c0 partir du 1er avril 2025, Michael R\u00f6sser assumera le r\u00f4le de CEO. Afin d’assurer une bonne transition, Marco Borghesi accompagnera activement son successeur au cours des premiers mois.<\/p>\n

Un regard en arri\u00e8re \u2013 l’\u00e8re impressionnante de Marco Borghesi<\/strong><\/p>\n

Marco Borghesi porte un regard sur une p\u00e9riode marquante et fructueuse au cours de laquelle il a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9cisif dans le d\u00e9veloppement d’OFRAG. Son sens strat\u00e9gique, sa passion pour nos marques de scooters et de motos ainsi que son engagement sans faille ont durablement marqu\u00e9 l’entreprise. Sous sa direction, les marques Piaggio et Vespa se sont impos\u00e9es pendant des ann\u00e9es comme les num\u00e9ros 1 incontest\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 suisse des scooters – une performance exceptionnelle dont il peut \u00eatre fier. Marco Borghesi est extr\u00eamement reconnaissant de la collaboration \u00e9troite et confiante avec le r\u00e9seau de concessionnaires ainsi que du soutien de l’\u00e9quipe OFRAG. M\u00eame apr\u00e8s son d\u00e9part, il continuera \u00e0 mettre son exp\u00e9rience au service d’OFRAG et \u00e0 travailler pour l’entreprise. <\/p>\n

Michael R\u00f6sser prendra la direction d’OFRAG \u00e0 partir du 1er avril 2025. Avec un dipl\u00f4me d’ing\u00e9nieur en g\u00e9nie m\u00e9canique (BA), un Executive MBA et des formations continues – dont un MAS en leadership et management, le programme Mobilizing People de l’IMD Lausanne et un CAS en gestion de la mobilit\u00e9 intelligente de l’Universit\u00e9 de Saint-Gall – il apporte une base acad\u00e9mique solide.<\/p>\n

Michael R\u00f6sser est un dirigeant exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 qui poss\u00e8de une vaste expertise dans les domaines de l’automobile, de la construction m\u00e9canique, de l’apr\u00e8s-vente et de l’importation. Ses succ\u00e8s chez FIAT et AMAG, ses comp\u00e9tences interculturelles et ses connaissances linguistiques en allemand, anglais, fran\u00e7ais, italien et espagnol font de lui le choix id\u00e9al pour mener OFRAG vers un avenir prosp\u00e8re. Avec une vision claire de l’avenir de la mobilit\u00e9, il continuera \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper l’orientation strat\u00e9gique de l’entreprise, \u00e0 renforcer la coop\u00e9ration avec Piaggio et \u00e0 saisir de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s de croissance.<\/p>\n
