Peter Hostettler, copropri\u00e9taire de hostettler group, est convaincu que l\u2019acquisition de Freidig Moto-Active GmbH permettra d\u2019\u00e9tendre les activit\u00e9s et d\u2019exploiter au mieux les synergies dans le futur. Les deux entreprises prosp\u00e8res intensifieront leur pr\u00e9sence et pourront conqu\u00e9rir de nouveaux march\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

En s\u2019unissant \u00e0 hostettler group, le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Heinz Freidig s\u2019assure aussi une possibilit\u00e9 optimale de g\u00e9rer sa succession. Heinz Freidig, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de gestion et les employ\u00e9s de Freidig Moto-Active GmbH continueront \u00e0 travailler sur le site de Sumiswald. Les parties ont convenu de ne pas r\u00e9v\u00e9ler le montant de la transaction.<\/p>\n
