THE 78TH INTERNATIONAL BICYCLE AND MOTORCYCLE SHOW, SCHEDULED TO BE HELD FROM 3RD TO 8TH NOVEMBER NEXT IN THE HALLS OF FIERA MILANO IN RHO, HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO 2021 – <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMILAN,\n26 JUNE 2020 – The announcement came this afternoon in a press release in which\nthe Managing Director Paolo Magri underlined that \u201cthe decision has been taken\nwith and for the whole sector.\u201d

\n\u201cThe value and international leadership of our exhibition-event.\u201d Mr Magri\nexplained, \u201chave convinced us not to wager on the evolution of the health\nsituation linked to the Covid-19 emergency and, above all, to listen to and\nprotect the whole of the two-wheeler industry which, with Fiera Milano\nprimarily and our partners, continues to see in EICMA a successful model and\nits most important opportunity for b2c and b2b at shows.\u201d

\n\u201cResponsibility has been imposed on us and makes us act on a wide scale in the\ninterest of the exhibitors and our visitors, postponing the 2020 show with a\nsolid convergence of intentions.\u201d

\nThe event, which attracts hundreds of thousands of fans and which over the\nyears has made its name as one of the most important events in the Lombardy\ncapital for attractiveness, interest and visibility, has therefore only been\nput off until 2021, from 9th to 14th November, still in the exhibition area of\nRho.

\nLastly, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of EICMA, Pietro Meda,\nemphasized that \u201cthe 2021 Show will have great symbolic value and we hope that\nit can contribute to making fans and the whole two-wheel sector forget this\ndifficult and exceptional situation.\u201d

\n\u201cIt is our intention,\u201d Meda concluded, \u201cto continue protecting not only the\nglobal importance of our exhibition event, but also further enhance the strong\nbond with the local area and with the institutions that consider EICMA a\ntopical and essential appointment not only for the sector.\u201d\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
