Le kit est issu des groupes thermiques d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pendant les comp\u00e9titions sur piste. Le cylindre a le diagramme de distribution optimis\u00e9 pour garantir le maximum de performances au haut \/ moyens r\u00e9gimes de rotation. Cette caract\u00e9ristique permet l\u2019usage soit sur les circuits comme les pistes de karting, soit dans les comp\u00e9titions off road les plus extr\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p>Le canon avec rapport Nikel\/Silicium a 6 lumi\u00e8res de transfert et la lumi\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9chappement avec barrette usin\u00e9e pour le contr\u00f4le des dilatations thermiques. Le d\u00f4me est du type \u00ab closed deck \u00bb et, avec la culasse en un seul bloc avec nervure interne, elle am\u00e9liore la dissipation de la chaleur en garantissant la rigidit\u00e9 maximum.<\/p>\n<p>Le piston a un axe avec diam\u00e8tre de 13 mm pour supporter les prestations tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9es exploit\u00e9es par le moteur. Pour le montage sur le carter d\u2019origine, qui ne n\u00e9cessite aucune modification d\u2019al\u00e9sage et raccord, on utilise une flasque d\u2019aluminium sp\u00e9cifique taill\u00e9 dans la masse.<\/p>\n<p>Le flasque d\u2019\u00e9chappement du cylindre a \u00e9t\u00e9 dessin\u00e9 pour le pot Evolution \u00e0 passage bas et permet d\u2019exploiter les dimensions id\u00e9ales des c\u00f4nes pour avoir des performances maximums.<\/p>\n<p>La partie finale du silencieux est en aluminium anodis\u00e9 noir. Dans l\u2019emballage du pot il y a un kit complet de vis et \u00e9triers pour un montage facile selon les diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les de ch\u00e2ssis.<\/p>\n<p>Pour offrir un meilleur service ; Polini Motori fournit dans le kit un flasque d\u2019\u00e9chappement en acier brut pour adapter des pots d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pour moteurs avec cylindr\u00e9e qui d\u00e9passe les 90cc, avec fixation au cylindre d\u2019origine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vilebrequin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le vilebrequin Polini Big Evolution Minarelli est pr\u00e9dispos\u00e9 pour le montage dans le carter d\u2019origine, course de 44 mm et bielle de 95 mm d\u2019inter-axe, taill\u00e9 dans la masse avec profil \u00e0 couteau pour offrir moins de r\u00e9sistance aux gaz aspir\u00e9s.
