Fondamental est le remplacement du boitier avec la mise \u00e0 jour de la ECM \u00ab ENGINE CONTROL MODULE \u00bb Polini avec ressorts soupapes. Le remplacement du boitier est essentiel pour quelconque type de r\u00e9glage. D\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et mis au pointe gr\u00e2ce au feedback du d\u00e9partement comp\u00e9tition Polini, l\u2019upgrade du boitier Polini permet le choix parmi 3 diff\u00e9rents mappages, en donnant ainsi la possibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019utilisateur final de personnaliser encore plus son v\u00e9hicule. Le rajout des ressorts soupapes \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019emballage permet au limiteur d\u2019arriver jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10000 tours moteur, avec un r\u00e9sultat v\u00e9ritable au niveau de vitesse et une augmentation des prestations, qui assure une conduite plus dynamique et fluide.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les \u00e9tapes de montage du scooter, il faut coupler le mappage sp\u00e9cifique d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Polini. Mappage 1 Il s\u2019agit de l\u2019\u00e9tape de montage la plus simple, car il suffit de d\u00e9brancher le boitier d\u2019origine et brancher l\u2019ECM Polini pour Vespa et Liberty 50 4T Euro 5. En effet, c\u2019est un boitier plug&amp;play imm\u00e9diate quant au montage. Le seul remplacement permet une augmentation du limiteur tours avec le moteur qui passe de 7.500 \u00e0 8.100 tours. Avec ce mappage il est possible de garder le moteur d\u2019origine Piaggio, mais il est conseill\u00e9 de combiner le variateur Polini (241.737) et le pot Polini (190.0079).<\/p>\n<p>Le montage du variateur Hi-Speed permet une petite augmentation de la vitesse et de l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration. Pour plus de rendement du moteur, Polini conseille le montage du pot Polini Original : r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec des lignes qui rappellent celles d\u2019origine, il a un caract\u00e8re recherch\u00e9, mais, au m\u00eame temps, discret. Enti\u00e8rement en acier, il se distingue pour sa l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 incroyable. Il est crucial de faire confiance \u00e0 un professionnel du secteur, car on travaille sur le moteur. La chose la plus importante \u00e0 savoir est qu\u2019il faut remplacer les ressorts soupapes du moteur d\u2019origine par ceux Polini (d\u00e9j\u00e0 inclus dans l\u2019emballage du boitier), qui permettent d\u2019apporter le limiteur du moteur \u00e0 10.000 tours sans probl\u00e8mes aux soupapes.<\/p>\n<p>Ce mappage aussi marche avec le moteur d\u2019origine, mais Polini conseille de combiner le variateur Polini (241.737), le pot Polini (190.0079) et le manchon filtre \u00e0 air major\u00e9 Polini (223.0131).<\/p>\n<p>Avec cette \u00e9tape on passe de 45km\/h \u00e0 56\/60 km\/h. A noter \u2013 pour remplacer les ressorts il faut d\u00e9monter le moteur. Si avec le mappage 2 on a effectu\u00e9 un travail important sur le moteur pour le montage des ressorts, avec un petit step encore on pourra configurer son propre moyen avec le mappage 3 et avoir donc un travail complet avec le maximum des performances.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est avec le mappage 3 en effet qu\u2019on per\u00e7oit une diff\u00e9rence claire et nette. La base de ce step est le kit cylindre diam\u00e8tre 49mm qui porte le moteur \u00e0 80cc environ (140.0223) avec les rapports allong\u00e9s Polini (202.1424) obligatoires pour un r\u00e9sultat optimal.<\/p>\n<p>Les prestations sono meilleures soit en termes de vitesse maximum que d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration, avec un sprint d\u00e9cis soit au d\u00e9part que pendant le d\u00e9passement, avec une augmentation de la vitesse maximum de 50%.
